Graduate studies or postdoctoral training in immunology and immunometabolism
Preferred start date: September 2019 or January 2020
The graduate student or postdoctoral trainee is expected to carry out independent research under the supervision of Dr. Tsai. He or she will engage in day-to-day laboratory activities in a team environment, regular lab meetings and research seminars, and participate in the analysis, presentation, and publication of research data.
We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working, rigorous, and interactive individual with strong interest in immunology research to join our team. He or she will meet the following qualifications:
• Degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline
• Knowledge in immunology
• Willingness to work with mice
• Good academic record
• Good writing skills
• Postdoc candidates: scientific publications/communications and previous experience working with mammalian tissue culture and animal models preferred. Previous hands on experience with flow cytometry and immune cell isolation is considered an asset
