A fulltime post-doctoral fellowship position is available in the laboratory of Dr Mohammad-Ali Jenabian, the holder of the Canada research chair in Immuno-Virology, at the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM), to work on a CIHR-funded research project on the mechanisms of chronic inflammation during HIV infection.
• PhD degree in immunology, microbiology, biochemistry or a related field.
• Strong interest in working with human specimens and HIV.
• Laboratory experience in primary cell culture, molecular biology, flow cytometry and immunology.
• Significant scientific contributions and excellent communication skills in English or French are required.
