The Western University is located in London, ON (the “Forest City”) and is one of Canada’s
oldest and most beautiful campus, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees with a mix of
gothic and modern architecture. Western is located approximately 20 minutes from the
London International Airport with direct flights to/from Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg,
Calgary.

• Conference Registration Begins: Dec. 4/17
• Travel Bursary submission: Jan. 12/18
• Abstract submission: Apr. 20/18
• Early registration: Apr. 20/18
• Accommodation deadlines:
  • Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre: Apr. 30/18
  • Ontario Hall Western University: May 18/18
• Online Registration Closes: May 25/18

Refund Policy: An email to info@csi-sci.ca requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by April 27, 2018.

* A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
* After April 27, 2018 no refunds can be issued.

Terms of Service:The conference registration fee is processed in Canadian dollars and payment is accepted online with MasterCard or Visa. Your registration fee will include the registration package as stated above. Once your online registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation receipt which will confirm your registration for the conference.
