Meal options for Speakers/Exhibitors and accompanying guests
Cost of additional Full Meal Package (which includes the banquet) are $425 for adults and $225 for children 6 - 12.
Cost of additional tickets for the Conference Banquet dinner are $85 for adults and $65 for children 6 - 12.
Refund Policy:
An email to requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by February 5, 2016.
A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
After February 5, 2016 no refunds can be issued.
Terms of Service:
The conference registration fee is processed in Canadian dollars and payment is accepted online with Visa, MasterCard or Discovery. Your registration fee will include the registration package as stated above. Once your online registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation receipt which will confirm your registration for the conference.
