Job Description / Duties

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Mansour Haeryfar at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. The research to be conducted is supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and will explore the role of mouse and human innate-like T lymphocytes (e.g., iNKT and MAIT cells) at the host-pathogen interface and in regulation of antitumor immune responses. Qualifications / Required Skills

The ideal candidate has a PhD, MD, DVM (or equivalent), and is well-versed in various immunological techniques, including but not limited to multi-parameter flow cytometry and ELISPOT. Additional background in molecular biology and experience in mouse models of malignant and infectious diseases are preferred. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as an effective member of a dynamic team.
