We are looking for 2 graduate students (MSc or PhD) to start in September 2019. Applicants must be self-motivated and hard working with a strong academic background in the biomedical sciences. Laboratory experience in immunology, cell biology or microbiology is a strong asset. For PhD candidates, previous publications as first or co-author in peer-reviewed journals is a strong asset.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a research project.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English). French communication skills is a strong asset.
Willingness and strong ability to work well with others.

The Tai Laboratory at Universite de Sherbrooke is seeking graduate students to lead preclinical and translational studies on the immune response in breast/bladder/GI cancer progression and viro-immunotherapy. We use mouse models, human samples and immunologic assays to study cancer progression. Our main goal is to develop personalized cancer vaccines. We are a diverse and highly collaborative group located in the Pavillon de recherche appliquée sur le cancer on the health campus of the Universite de Sherbrooke.
