Note: All rates are inclusive of the full meal plan which includes Sunday welcome and buffet dinner; Monday breakfast & lunch (on your own for dinner), Tuesday breakfast & lunch (on your own for dinner); Wednesday breakfast, lunch and banquet dinner.
Refund Policy: An email to info@csi-sci.ca requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by March 13, 2026.
* A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
* After March 13, 2026 no refunds can be issued.
Terms of Service:The conference registration fee is processed in Canadian dollars and payment is accepted online with MasterCard or Visa. Your registration fee will include the registration package as stated above. Once your online registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation receipt which will confirm your registration for the conference.
Monday, April 27 - The CIHR-CSI Vaccine event is complimentary for attendees. Costs for this event are being covered by CIHR. CIHR will not receive any financial benefit from registration of attendees. Registration funds will be retained solely by CSI to cover their cost for conference operations.
