Single Occupancy: $198+
Double Occupancy: $218+
Suite: $268++
Guestroom rates are subject to applicable taxes, including two percent (2%) TIF, four percent (4%) ATL, and five percent (5%) GST and a Facility fee of $15.00 plus GST per room, per night. This fee includes: campus-wide Wi-Fi, phone calls across North America, and access to complimentary arts and programmed events when available. Rates are available 3 nights before and after the meeting, subject to availability.

Please Note: Every visitor to Banff National Park is required to obtain a Park Pass (approx. $10.50/day) for their entire stay. This can be purchased online or from the Banff Visitor Centre in person. If you are travelling on the Banff Airporter, it is not necessary to get a Pass.

Proceed through the reservation and type - CSI2024 - in the "Promo Code?" section on the final payment page to receive the discount. The discount code works up to 2 weeks before the event starts. To guarantee availability, make a reservation at least a month prior to travel.
If you are travelling on the Banff Airporter, it is not necessary to get a Park Pass.
