The registration package includes the conference fee and meals as follows:
- conference registration
- nutritional breaks, welcome reception
- meal package ($400) that includes 3
breakfasts, 3 luncheons, 2 dinners and 1 banquet

Meals for accompanying persons
* Cost of additional full meal packages that includes the banquet is $400 for adults and $200 for children 5 - 11.

Cost of additional tickets for the Conference Banquet dinner
only are $80 for adults and $40 for children 5 - 11.

Activities / Sightseeing Tours:
The Local Organizing Committee has arranged some activities for meeting participants to take part in while at the conference. Activities arranged include:
• O'Brien's Whale and Bird Tour (Sat., June 16 @ 12:30pm): $75/pp
• Traditional Newfoundland Pub Night (Sun., June 17 @ 10pm): $15/pp

Conference
Abstract Book: In an effort to move towards a paperless
meeting, CSI will offer the Abstract Book in advance of the meeting through your member login in a PDF format and you may choose to print all or specific abstracts of interest. In addition, a PDF version of the Abstract Book will be provide on a USB key which will be distributed on-site. CSI will provide the meeting program on-site in a printed format.
Refunds: An email to
conference2012@csi-sci.ca requesting a refund of the
registration fee must be received by May 11, 2012.
* A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
* After May 11, 2012 no refunds can be issued.
