Be sure you have a 2010 CSI membership in order to obtain the CSI member registration fee. To renew or join CSI, click here.
Accommodation: It is necessary for you to make your accommodation arrangements directly with the Hotel. Visit the accommodation page for further details and reservation information. If you are seeking another registrant to share a room, please indicate so when you complete your online registration. The registration package includes the conference fee and meals as follows:
- conference registration
- nutritional breaks, welcome reception
- meal package that includes 3 breakfasts, 3 luncheons, 2 dinners and 1 banquet dinner

Meals for accompanying persons
* Cost of additional full meal packages that includes the banquet is $365 for adults and $180 for children 5 - 11.
* Cost of additional tickets for the Conference Banquet and awards event only are $85 for adults and $43 for children ages 5-11.
Registration and payment will only be accepted online. Register for this conference.
Refunds: An email to conference2010@csi-sci.ca requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by March 19, 2010.
* A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
* After March 19, 2010 no refunds can be issued.
