Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland hotel at a special conference rate (plus applicable taxes). Reservations can be made on-line, by email or by phone. For phone reservations, please contact the hotel directly to make reservations at phone:  1-888-870-3033 and specify you are with the Canadian Society for Immunology meeting in order to obtain this rate. To make reservations via email, contact at: reservations@sheratonhotelnewfoundland.com. If you wish to register on-line, click here. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Note: if you wish to book another type of room other than those offered below, you will need to call reservations directly.

Note: If you are requiring accommodations pre/post conference dates, please contact the number above to make your accommodation booking. The online booking system will book accommodations for the nights between June 14 - 18 only.

Accommodation must be reserved by May 7, 2012.

Each additional person sharing a room will be charged an additional $15 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. All individual reservations must be guaranteed with one-night's room and tax at the time of booking.
