A block of rooms has been reserved at The Banff Conference Centre at a special conference rate (plus applicable taxes). Reservations can be made online or by phone. For phone reservations, please contact reservations at phone: ?????? and specify you are with the "Canadian Society for Immunology 2017" meeting in order to obtain this rate.
Accommodation must be reserved no later than February 7, 2017.
Room Rates are as follows and include the Facility Fee ($15/person/day):

The above rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are net, non-commissionable and exclusive of all taxes. Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at an additional cost of $20 per person per day, subject to guestroom availability. The Banff Centre allows a maximum of four (4) adults per guestroom on a bed share basis.
In the event that a guest checks out prior to their confirmed check-out date, The Banff Centre will apply an early departure fee of $75 plus tax to the individuals account. Departure date must be confirmed at check-in to avoid an early departure fee.
***NOTE: if you are planning to stay off-site at another location, there is a mandatory Off-Site Delegate fee of $30/person/day. This will be required in order to receive your meal pass for the meeting if you are not staying on-site. Conference registrations and accommodation reservations will be verified.
